Lamija Pašalić is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product marketing and management within the medical technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Global Product Marketing at Caresyntax since February 2022, Lamija has also held the role of Senior Global Product Manager. In addition, participation as a Community Member at 2hearts aims to strengthen the European tech scene through cultural diversity. Previous roles include Managing Director and Vice President at NIRx Medical Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed product management, program management, and digital transformation. Early career experiences include project management at American Hospital and various roles at ANT Neuro, where Lamija focused on product strategy and software engineering. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an Erasmus exchange program at RWTH Aachen University.
