Steve Eckert has had a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Steve began their career in 2003 as a Lean Operations Manager at Eastman Kodak, where they stayed until 2006. Steve then joined Kodak in 2005 as a Lean Operations Manager and remained until 2007. In 2004, they became a Lean Operations Manager at Carestream Health, Inc, and held this position until 2007. Steve later returned to Carestream Health, Inc in 2007 as an Operations Manager, and from 2010 to 2011, they served as the Global Quality Director. In 2011, they became the Director of Implementation Services - Dental Global Customer Care at Carestream Health, Inc.

Steve Eckert obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1981 to 1991.
