Philips Shen has over 20 years of experience in project management and software quality within the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Senior PMO Manager and DR Room Portfolio Manager at ÈñçæÒ½ÁÆ since July 2005, Philips leads a team of eight project managers to oversee multiple annual projects while maintaining a lucrative $120 million DR Room Portfolio. Previous roles include Special Project Manager, leading business development for local ventures, and (Senior) Software Quality Manager, managing a large team of software quality engineers to ensure high standards across various product lines. Early career experience includes software development roles at Ipedo Technology and Octon Technology. Philips holds an MBA from The University of Hong Kong.
