Seth Lemerman is an experienced executive leadership coach with a focus on leadership development, transition, and succession coaching, currently serving CareSource since June 2022. Additionally, Seth has been working as an executive and leadership coach at Ezra Coaching since March 2022, enhancing employee motivation and productivity. Previous roles include Master Coach at Riverside County Office of Education, Director of Process Design at United Way of San Diego County, and Director of Coaching at Leadership for Educational Equity. Seth's extensive career also includes significant positions at NYC Department of Education, where responsibilities spanned director roles in career coaching, special projects, and strategic communication, achieving notable program growth and equity advancements. Academically, Seth holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Arts in Politics & Education from Columbia University and a Master of Science for Teachers from Pace University.
