In 2019, Swiatek joined Airbnb as part of the Market Strategy and Supply DACH, Hotels and Serviced Apartments team. They were responsible for supporting over 600 strategic partnerships in southern Germany, particularly in Munich. Swiatek conducted market analysis and evaluated KPIs per market and per account using tools such as Looker, Salesforce, and Tableau.
Swiatek's most recent role was at Careship, where they held multiple positions. Starting in 2021, Swiatek worked as a Partner Management/Operations/Onboarding Specialist. Their responsibilities included onboarding commercial everyday helpers through webinars, supporting these helpers through setting up KPIs, deriving and implementing data-based strategies, quality management, and setting up new operational workflows. They also developed external communication strategies and created FAQ documents, email templates, and in-app push notifications. In 2022, Swiatek was promoted to the role of Business Operations Manager, where they were involved in planning, execution, and control of new operational processes, analysis of existing processes and optimization, and documentation and mapping of new and existing business processes. In 2023, they were promoted again to the role of Senior Manager Business Operations, with the same responsibilities but with an ongoing employment tenure.
Sascha Swiatek began their education at the University of Applied Sciences Worms in 2014 and successfully completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in International Management in 2018. In 2018, Sascha received a certificate at B1 level in Spanish from Universidad Sergio Arboleda. Additionally, in 2015, they attended Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola for a short period, studying International Management, Strategic Management, Marketing and Sales.
Sascha Swiatek also holds various certifications. They obtained an Instructor certification from IHK Worms in June 2016. More recently, in 2022-2023, Sascha obtained several certifications related to data analysis and SQL from DataCamp, including Analyzing Data in Tableau, Tableau Fundamentals, Data Analyst in SQL, SQL for Business Analysts, and SQL Fundamentals.
