Jonathan Garelick

Director Of Employee Operations at CareRite Centers

Jonathan Garelick has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jonathan began their career in 2009 as a Business Development Manager at HAS Advantage, where they worked until 2013. Jonathan then moved on to J Synergy Energy Services, where they served as a Business Development Manager from 2014 to 2015. Following that, they joined Towne Nursing Staff, Inc. as the VP of Employee Development and Recruitment, a position they held from 2015 to 2017. During this time, they were responsible for developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and managing the consultant team. Since 2017, Jonathan has been working at CareRite Centers, initially serving as the Director of Recruitment and later transitioning to the role of Director of Employee Operations. In their current position, they oversee HR and operations, advises leaders on various topics, and delivers training programs.

From 2008 to 2011, Jonathan Garelick attended Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus. Jonathan pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business, specializing in Marketing/Management.
