Brent Bormann has a extensive work experience, starting in 1995 as a Regional Controller at Enterprise. Brent then served as an Assistant Controller and Senior Finance Manager at Allsteel before becoming the Director of Strategic Procurement and Director of Sales and Operations Planning. Brent later joined Maxon Furniture as the Director of Finance and Operations, where they focused on strategic planning and budgeting. More recently, they served as the Director of Finance, Allsteel Owned Distribution at Allsteel before becoming the Chief Financial Officer at CarePro Health Services.

Brent Bormann attended the University of Northern Iowa from 1987 to 1991, where they studied Accounting and earned a degree in Accounting.
