Bonnie Bauer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Bonnie currently holds the position of Lead Financial Analyst at CarepathRx since December 2022. Prior to that, Bonnie had an extensive tenure at the YMCA of Central Florida, where they held several roles. From June 2021 to December 2022, they served as the Executive Director of Quality Experience, collaborating with executive and district leadership to drive operational effectiveness and program delivery. Before that, they were the Director of Quality Experience from August 2018 to June 2021, responsible for managing program communication and implementing strategies for operational effectiveness. Bonnie also served as the District Communications Director at the YMCA of Central Florida from September 2017 to August 2018.
