Sabrina Freewynn currently serves as the Health and Safety Manager at CareOregon, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Sabrina was the Safety and Health Innovations and Programs Manager at SAIF Corporation from June 2016 to April 2023, where leadership of a multi-disciplinary team resulted in a nationally recognized safety and health innovations program. Sabrina also led SAIF's Total Worker Health® strategy, transforming its approach to promote a train-the-trainer model. Before SAIF, Sabrina worked at the Oregon Health Authority from November 2007 to June 2016 as the Community Programs Team Lead and Comprehensive Cancer Prevention Coordinator, managing significant federal and state grant programs aimed at public health improvements. Academic qualifications include a Certificate in Design Thinking and Innovation from Portland State University (2021-2022), a Master’s Degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from Portland State University (2003-2006), and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Lewis & Clark College (1992-1996).
