Kelly DeLany is a seasoned professional in behavioral health and social services, currently serving as Senior Behavioral Health Quality Administrator at CareOregon since May 2019. Kelly previously held roles at Health Share of Oregon as Clinical Quality Assurance Specialist and at Optum as Work Life Specialist. Early career experiences included Program Manager at CODA, Inc, and leadership positions at Northwest Adoption Exchange and AdoptUSKids, focusing on program management and quality assurance in child welfare. Kelly also directed the Oregon Post Adoption Resource Center and contributed as a founding board member at Kinship House. Kelly holds dual B.A. degrees in Psychology and Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Saint Mary's College of California.
