Megan Trusa is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently working at CareOne Senior Care since November 2021. Prior to this role, Megan gained valuable experience as an Occupational Therapy Student at CJ Allen OT Upper Extremity & Hand Therapy and St. Charles Hospital and Rehabilitation Center, where expertise in evaluating and treating patients with upper extremity impairments and a variety of rehabilitation diagnoses was developed. Additional training included work with developmental disabilities and mental health populations at The Children’s Center of United Cerebral Palsy and Concern for Independent Living. Megan holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Penn State University. Early career experiences included internships focused on fitness and wellness in assisted living and athletics.
