Jocelyn Tjen is an experienced professional in communication and human resources, currently serving as the Vice Head of Human Resources at HMPS Ilmu Komunikasi Undip since January 2020, where supervision of a 42-member student association and management of a 5-person staff team are key responsibilities. Jocelyn has been involved in various capacities for the COMMWEEK event committee, contributing as a production marketing member and liaison officer. Additionally, Jocelyn's current roles include Content Creator at CareNow Indonesia and Tabu.id, Social Media Specialist at Tentorin, and Marketing Communications Intern at Suara Merdeka Group, alongside holding the position of Human Resources Officer at StudentsxCEOs Semarang. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Ilmu Komunikasi from Universitas Diponegoro, completed in 2023.
