Katie Hanson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Beginning in 2015, they worked as a Waitress at Brett's Casual American Restaurant, where they honed their customer service skills and worked effectively as part of a team. In 2016, they transitioned to a Sales Associate role at Fringe with Benefits, owned by The Red Dress Boutique. Following that, in 2017 they had an internship at Young Life, where they were responsible for cleaning and maintaining residence buildings and meeting rooms.

In 2018, Katie embarked on a career in education. Katie started as an 8th Grade Science Teacher at Compass Rose Academy and later taught as a Middle School Teacher with Teach For America in San Antonio. During this time, they also worked as a Personal Trainer at 9Round Fitness, guiding clients through 30-minute workout sessions and helping them achieve their fitness goals.

In 2019, Katie shifted their focus towards client services and account management. Katie joined Carenet Health as an Account Manager, where they supported Client Relationship Managers with administrative tasks and built strong relationships with clients. Katie then advanced to the role of Client Relationship Manager, cultivating partnerships and prioritizing client needs. Most recently, they have served as the Senior Manager of Client Services at Carenet Health, leading the Outbound Engagement Account Management team and overseeing various aspects of account management and operations. Throughout their roles at Carenet Health, they have collaborated with internal departments such as IT, Workforce, Sales, and Operations to ensure successful client service delivery.

Katie Hanson attended The University of Georgia from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Family Consumer Sciences with a focus on Human Development and Family Studies, as well as Pre-Nursing.
