Jessica Hiehle has a diverse work experience in the customer service industry. Jessica started their career in 2009 as a Customer Service Representative at Time Warner Cable. In 2010, they joined Carenet Health as a Client Success Billing professional. Jessica then worked at MAP Communications, where they held two roles simultaneously. From 2010 to 2020, they served as a Client Services Support Analyst - Cancellations and handled responsibilities like providing training, coaching, and individual attention to new hires. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Billing Team Lead, overseeing the billing operations. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Transition Support Professional, helping new hires transition from training to the call center floor. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Learning Support Professional, providing extensive training and support to new hires. Most recently, in 2022, Jessica joined Stericycle as a Client Services Billing professional.
From 2000 to 2004, Jessica Hiehle attended West Carrollton High School where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following that, from 2004 to 2006, they attended Tarrant County College, pursuing Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering, though they did not obtain a degree during this time.
