Princess Cecilio possesses extensive experience in client development and quality improvement, currently serving at CareNational since October 2020. At Melco Resorts Corporation, active since June 2014, Princess holds the role of Quality Improvement Manager, overseeing sustainability initiatives and guest experience enhancement. Previously, in the capacity of Training Officer, Princess organized and conducted training for Hospitality Operations, ensuring alignment with service and brand standards, and as Guest Loyalty Ambassador, catered to VIP guests to enhance their overall experience. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Human Resources Officer at MMX Best Business Solutions, Inc., managing recruitment processes and employee engagement activities. Princess holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, earned between 2008 and 2012.
