Jessica Lens-ter Berg serves as the Chief Patient Experience Officer at CareMetx, LLC since January 2022, focusing on advancing patient-centric services and enhancing the patient journey across the company's products. Previously, Jessica held several roles at Human Care Systems, Inc. from 2012 to 2021, culminating in Chief Operating Officer, and has extensive experience in program strategy and implementation. Jessica's early career includes serving as a psychologist and program manager at the Police Academy of the Netherlands, where responsibilities included psychological assessments and candidate evaluations, as well as a role as a psychologist in training at the Mental Health Care Institute. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Clinical Health Psychology from Tilburg University and a Master’s in Corporate and Organizational Communication from Northeastern University.
