Joe McTague, CPA, currently serves as a Finance Manager at CarelonRx, a key component of Elevance Health’s strategic growth plan, leading a team focused on analytics, forecasting, and operating expense analysis for the $30B pharmacy benefit business. Prior to this role, Joe held multiple finance positions within Elevance Health, demonstrating expertise in budget construction, financial reporting, and project management during the transition of Elevance’s pharmacy operations to CarelonRx. Earlier experience includes roles at KPMG US as an Advisory Services Associate and a decade-long tenure as a teacher at the Saratoga Springs City School District. Joe holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University at Albany and a Master of Education in Elementary Education from The College of Saint Rose.
