Hayes has held various managerial roles at Carelon and Elevance Health since February 2017, overseeing health insurance verifications, quality audits, and employee training programs while leading teams of over 50 individuals. Prior experience includes roles at Anthem, Inc. and Amerigroup, focusing on customer service operations and training. Hayes is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership at Regent University, with a completed Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Strayer University.
