Anna Gonzalez, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Reporting and Data Analysis and previously held the position of Sr. Director of Analytics at Carelon since October 2015, where accomplishments include redesigning client-facing solution reporting to enhance trend analysis. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Information Technology at Southwest Transplant Alliance, where significant achievements involved a comprehensive IT assessment and a two-year technology roadmap. Anna also held various leadership positions at Gift of Hope Organ and Tissue Donor Network from 1995 to 2015, focusing on process improvement, application development, and enterprise information systems. Anna holds an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Bob Jones University.
