Sarah M. Alquist currently serves as Staff VP of Growth at Carelon Behavioral Health, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Alquist was RVP of Business Development for the West/Mid-West Region at Beacon Health Options from March 2018 to January 2023 and has held various leadership roles within the behavioral health sector, including Business Development & Clinical Implementation at Centene Corporation and Director of Business Development & Marketing at Valley Hope. Alquist also served as Chief Operations Officer at the State Associations of Addiction Services and Executive Director for both the Kansas Association of Addiction Professionals and Corner House, Inc. Earlier experience includes policy and project coordination at the State of Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services. Alquist holds a Master's of Science in Counseling and Counselor Education from Emporia State University.
