Tom Plamondon PA-C is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in both physical therapy and physician assistance. Currently serving as a Physician Assistant at Careline Health Group since November 2020, Tom previously owned and operated Northview Medical House Calls, where the mission focused on providing high-quality home medical care. With roles ranging from Physician Assistant at various clinics to leadership positions like Treasurer for the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants, Tom demonstrates a commitment to patient care and community service. In addition to clinical practice, Tom has been an Elder at Providence Church since 2007, emphasizing fellowship and family values.
