Rich Carpenter began their work experience in 1985 as a Manufacturer's Rep for Marketing Intermediaries Inc. Rich then transitioned to the role of Vice President at the same company before joining VYKON as a Partner in 1988. At VYKON, they played a key role in developing and patenting machinery and processes for high-volume institutional dishwashing. Rich later worked at SelliQuest as the VP of Sales & Marketing, where they served top pharmaceutical companies and developed patient and physician education programs. From 2001 to 2013, Rich worked as an Equity Investor at ClubCom, Inc., providing strategic services and receiving significant returns on their investment. In 2010, Rich became a Caregiver and Trustee for their parents, managing their chronic diseases and overseeing their transition to in-home hospice care. Rich also founded xVenturesGroup llc in 2011 and worked as an Equity Investor at GrayHawk Health starting in 2015. Additionally, Rich founded ZebraFood, a startup focused on improving the eating habits of acute and chronic disease patients. Rich is currently a Start-Up Investor at SOLUtion Medical since 2021 and the CEO & Founder of HandOff, a company dedicated to solving caregiving problems for the elderly.

Rich Carpenter has completed coursework in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. Rich holds a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University in the School of Arts & Sciences. Rich Carpenter has also studied Statistics I & II at Villanova University's Graduate School of Business. Additionally, they attended Choate Rosemary Hall.
