Brett Williamson currently serves as Chief Information Officer at CareGard Warranty Services, Inc., beginning in May 2024. Previously, at Nobilis Group, Inc. from November 2021 to July 2023, Brett successfully led the organization to SOC2 compliance within three months, addressing technology direction and outdated systems. In a prior role as Senior Vice President of Customer Support at Crossover for Work, Brett focused on quality, talent acquisition, and technology to reduce costs while supporting a vast product range. As Director of Information Technology at Daryl Flood Relocation & Logistics, Brett managed IT infrastructure, achieving a 12% cost reduction and led GDPR compliance efforts. Additionally, Brett developed processes for a new software solution at Safety-Kleen, enhancing user support and implementing a change management program. Brett holds a BS in Engineering and Economics from North Carolina State University.
