As CEO and Managing Director of Carefree since October 2017, Charlotte transformed the organization from conception to nationwide coverage within 20 months, securing significant recognition and high-profile philanthropic commitments. Prior to Carefree, Charlotte served as Chief Operating Officer and Development Director at Rainmaker Foundation, focusing on strategic partnerships and innovative program development. Additional experience includes roles as Project Manager at UK Israel Business and Researcher at O.P. Jindal Global University, along with various positions that demonstrate a commitment to social impact and technology-driven solutions. Charlotte holds a Master's Degree in Dispute and Conflict Resolution from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin.
