Tom Boelsen has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Tom began their career as a Senior Auditor at Price Waterhouse, where they conducted audits for various companies. Later, they worked as a Sports Finance Analyst and Internal Auditor at the National Broadcasting Company, where they developed financial analysis for securing sports properties and conducted internal audits.
Boelsen then joined Olsten Health Services as the Chief Financial Officer, where they provided leadership and management to all finance departments. After leaving Olsten, they worked at CMP Media as the Vice President and Controller, responsible for managing the accounting and finance groups supporting a technology publisher.
Boelsen then transitioned to CareCentrix, where they held various roles including Vice President of Finance, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and eventually Executive Vice President of Finance. Tom played a crucial role in leading the company through ownership changes and growth periods, as well as assisting in the transition and conversion to new ownership structures.
Following their time at CareCentrix, Boelsen provided consulting services to companies in need of finance support, management, strategy, and operations. Tom also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Careforth, a position they held for several years.
