Sushanth Subhash is an experienced product manager with a solid background in requirements analysis and business analysis. Sushanth has been with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since August 2013, holding roles including Principal Requirements Analyst and Lead Requirements Analyst, focusing on product and service improvements. Prior to this, Sushanth worked at Emdeon from October 2007 to August 2013 as a Systems/Business Analyst, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining monitoring processes for EDI claim processing. Earlier experience includes serving as a Business Analyst at iSpace Software Technologies Ltd. from 2002 to 2007, managing application development and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2000 and SAS 70 standards. Sushanth holds an MBA from Osmania University, earned between 1998 and 2000.
