Herb Sening is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in information technology operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of Core Technology Services Operations at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Sening oversees key ITSM processes and Command Center Operations. Prior roles include Chief Operations Manager at SAIC, where Sening managed a multi-sourced service integrator program, and Vice President of Command Center Service Management at Bank of America, responsible for global command center strategy. Sening's background also includes significant positions at Capital One, WellPoint, and community service roles such as Board Member for the Hanover County Community Services Board. Sening holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Biology from Virginia Tech.
