Gigi Mays-Gonzales is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in business development and the beauty industry. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager and Military Spouse and Family Employment Advocate at CareerSource Tampa Bay since September 2022, Gigi also operates Sparkle of Beauty Esthetics as a licensed esthetician and makeup artist. Previous roles include licensed esthetician positions at Luxe Day Spa Tampa and Lola’s Beauty Bar, as well as key positions at U.S. Special Operations Command Central, managing protocol and military service coordination. Gigi has a strong background in healthcare administration and human resources management, holding degrees from Columbia Southern University and the Community College of the Air Force.
