Dr. Sandeep Kulshrestha has extensive experience in various roles related to coaching, consulting, and education. Dr. Sandeep began their career as a Principal Consultant in the People, Culture & Wellness Practice at Rectangle Consulting in 2016. In 2019, they joined uExcelerate as a Leadership Coach. Dr. Sandeep also served as an Executive Coach at Silicon Valley Change Executive Coaching starting from 2014. Dr. Kulshrestha has been an Education Mentor at the International Institute of Positive Psychology since 2016. Dr. Sandeep authored the "Positive Psychology Handbook (Business Book)" for Bookboon in 2018. Furthermore, they worked as a Career Transition Coach for both Careerminds and IMPACT Group, where they provided coaching services for individuals undergoing career transitions. In terms of academic experience, they held the position of Visiting Professor in HRM and Positive Psychology at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore from 2019 to 2022. Dr. Kulshrestha also served as a Community Lead for the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA) from 2018 to 2022. Recently, they joined Inspiring Evolution as a Principal Coach in August 2021. Dr. Sandeep Kulshrestha has a diverse education history. Dr. Sandeep obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra in 1992. Dr. Sandeep went on to pursue a Master of Financial Management at Kurukshetra University from 1995 to 1998.

Dr. Kulshrestha continued their studies with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (MBA equivalent) from the Institute of Management Sciences and Productivity Research in 1993 to 1995. Dr. Sandeep specialized in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, and also studied Finance.

In 2003 to 2006, they pursued a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Canterbury University Cheshire, focusing on HR - Jung's work and its impact. Following that, they attended Annamalai University, where they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Political Science in 2007.

Dr. Kulshrestha received an honorary Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration and Management, General from Académie européenne d'informatisation (AEI) in 2007. Dr. Sandeep also obtained a Specialization in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in 2018 to 2019.

Their education includes leadership and management studies as well. Dr. Sandeep completed an International MBA program with a concentration in Leadership and Entrepreneurship from UBI Business School in 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they received an Advance Certificate in Human Resources Management from Welingkar Institute of Management in 2012.

Dr. Kulshrestha further expanded their knowledge by attending various professional development programs and obtaining certifications. These include a Doctor of Business Administration (h.c.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Swahili (2019-2021), a MicroMasters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Canterbury (2022-2023), and a Leadership Coaching through Turbulent Times program from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) in 2019.

In terms of additional certifications, Dr. Kulshrestha has pursued a wide range of topics. These certifications include Faculty Development Program from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Homeopathy Diploma from the Centre of Excellence, Certified Advanced Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher from the School of Positive Transformation, Certified Happiness Life Coach from Transformation Academy, and Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technologies for Business Planning and Decision-making from FutureLearn, among others.
