Parul Bhatt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, education, and psychology. Currently serving as a Senior Strategy Associate in the Founder's Office at CareerLabs since May 2021, Parul has also held the position of Strategy Associate within the same organization. Prior to this role, work included serving as a Resident Assistant at Ashoka University, where responsibilities included overseeing a residence hall floor of over 60 students. Additional experience encompasses leadership as a Campus Ambassador Lead at The TC3 LLC, where Parul mentored a team of 7+ ambassadors, and an internship focused on psychological case studies at the Center for Child and Adolescent Wellbeing. Earlier career development included internships in product development and research with various organizations, coupled with a strong academic foundation in psychology from Ashoka University, complemented by an intermediate degree in commerce with maths from PYDS Learning Academy.
