Rafael Cárdenas Stivalet has been working in the sales industry since 2015. Rafael began their career at Jealt as an Asociado Sr, where they were the leader of the sales team and was responsible for prospecting clients and offering legal and accounting services. In 2016, they joined Amer Sports Corporation as an Account Manager for the Finnish watch brand Suunto. Rafael'smain tasks included direct customer contact, creating sales strategies, and supervising the sales team. In 2019, they became a Key Account Manager at Rappi. In 2021, they moved to Dostavista.mx as a Senior Sales Professional. Currently, they are a Senior Sales Representative at Careerist.

Rafael Cárdenas Stivalet completed a Diplomado en Estrategias de la Comunicación y Medios Digitales from Centro de Estudios en Ciencias de la Comunicación, A.C. between 2015-2016. Rafael also obtained a Licenciatura en Publicidad from the same school between 2012-2016.
