Renee Dovich has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Renee started their career in 1998 as an Account Executive at PVA-EPVA, Inc in Wilton, NH. In this role, they interfaced with 80+ national clients to coordinate high-volume fund-raising direct mailing campaigns, managed up to 50 projects concurrently, and interacted with the Creative Department to design new products. In 2000, they joined Adecco Engineering & Technology as a Sr Technical Recruiter. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting for all levels of both contract and direct hire technical professionals for the northern New England region, as well as national level recruiting. In 2015, they joined CareerEncore as CEO, President, and Director of Recruiting. In this role, they were in charge of recruitment and new business development at CareerEncore and was also an independent technology recruiting consultant for direct hire technology positions in the Greater Boston area and throughout the United States.

Renee Dovich attended the University of New Hampshire from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
