Judy Feierstein serves as the CEO of Transitions and Resources and Career Star Group since December 1996, leading initiatives in outplacement, career services, pre-retirement consulting, and support for new immigrants in Israel. Under Judy Feierstein's leadership, Transitions and Resources has developed specialized courses and workshops, including small business development and career counseling, with a focus on the behavioral sciences. Prior to this role, Judy Feierstein was a supervisor in the Schwartz Program at the Hebrew University’s Baerwald School of Social Work. Judy Feierstein holds a Master’s degree from Brandeis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University, along with additional education from Columbia University and the University of Louisville.
