Bethany Hamm has 18 years of experience in workforce programs, currently serving as the WIOA Program Manager at CareerSource Pasco Hernando since March 2017, where compliance with federal and local policies has been maintained with outstanding audit results. Concurrently, Bethany has been the WIOA Functional Team Lead at Goodwill Industries Suncoast since August 2010, overseeing the functionality of the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act and managing Career Specialists to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
