Sadaf Sajwani is a Co-Founder and COO of Games & Learning since 2018, focused on creating a sustainable ecosystem for educational games and tools. Sadaf serves as a Lecturer at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, teaching graduate-level courses and advising students on career development, along with being a Career Coach in the same school. Additional roles include a Career Coach at Career Contessa and a recent K-12 Startup Fellow at eLab, promoting equity in education through technology. Previously, Sadaf held significant positions at Sesame Workshop, managing international social impact projects, and conducted research on corporate social responsibility at The Brookings Institution, PepsiCo, and Siemens. Sadaf holds a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Tufts University.
