Jacinta Muthoni is a seasoned professional in executive search and talent consulting, currently serving as a Senior Associate in Executive Search & Board Services at Career Connections since February 2019. With experience in end-to-end recruitment for senior-level professionals across various sectors, Jacinta has also held roles such as Research Analyst and Assistant within the same firm, leading operational improvements and conducting sectoral research. Prior to this, Jacinta worked at Terabyte Nova Solutions as Administration and Operations Lead and gained early experience in event coordination and communications at the Kenya Association of Manufacturers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Social Communication and Public Relations from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa and an International Computer Driving License Certificate from the Institute of Advanced Technology.
