Fatima Khalil is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist currently working at Daraz since September 2022. Previously, Fatima served as the Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisition at The Citizens Foundation from January 2021 to August 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, developing sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent, and enhancing the onboarding program post COVID-19. During this tenure, Fatima successfully filled over 145 vacancies and managed employee clearances. Additionally, Fatima interned at the University of Southern California, where involvement included organizing job fairs and supervising student interns. Fatima holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Nutrition and Health Promotion from the University of Southern California.
