Rich Keith has a strong background in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Rich began their career as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Watson Pharmaceuticals in 2003 and then transitioned to a role as a Pharmaceutical Territory Representative at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in 2004. In 2006, they joined GE Capital- CareCredit as a Practice Development Manager, where they worked until 2014. In that same year, they became the VP of National Accounts at CareCredit.

Rich Keith attended Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business from 1996 to 2000. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing and Finance.
