Kirstie Brooks currently serves as a Product Support professional at CareCo UK Ltd since January 2024. Previously, Kirstie held various leadership roles at Swissport from April 1999 to September 2023, including Director of Safety, Training and Compliance for the UK and Ireland, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring legal compliance in mandatory training, implementing strategic training plans, and promoting quality management and health and safety. Kirstie's extensive experience in training and development is further highlighted by roles such as Training and Development Manager and Senior Learning and Development Advisor. Kirstie is a postgraduate degree holder in Strategic Leadership and Management from Cranfield School of Management, completing the program in August 2023.
