Michael Ducharme

Senior Vice President Product Strategy & Analytics at CareCentrix

Michael Ducharme has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael began their career in 2007 as the Director of Business Development at Zargis, where they worked until 2011. Michael then joined 3M as a Telemedicine Sales Consultant from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they had a brief stint as an MBA Finance Intern at Genentech. Michael also served as a Visiting Board Member at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia from 2012 to 2013.

In 2013, Ducharme joined CareCentrix and held multiple positions over the years. Michael started as the Director of Business Innovation from June 2013 to March 2014. Michael then served as the Senior Director of the Business Project Office from March 2014 to March 2016. From March 2016 to April 2018, they worked as the Assistant Vice President of the Business Project Office. Ducharme's role then progressed to Vice President of the Business Project Office from April 2018 to March 2021, where they managed the technology portfolio of projects and led major strategic initiatives.

Continuing with their career at CareCentrix, Ducharme became the Vice President of Advanced Data Labs from March 2021 to November 2021, focusing on leveraging data analytics for business insights. Michael then took on the role of Vice President of Product and Analytics from November 2021 to March 2022, contributing to the company's product strategy and analytics. Currently, Ducharme holds the position of Senior Vice President of Product Strategy & Analytics as of March 2022, where they lead product strategy and analytics initiatives for CareCentrix.

Michael Ducharme attended Cornell University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Applied Economics and Medical Science. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with Honors at The Wharton School from 2011 to 2013, specializing in Health Care Management and Finance.
