Anand Jayabalan has worked in various roles at different companies. Anand started their career at Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2008 as an Associate - Projects, where they focused on implementing SOA using technologies like Biztalk server 2009, .Net framework 3.5, and WCF. Anand then joined Accenture in 2013 as a Technical Team Lead, and later became an Associate Technical Manager. Anand worked in these positions until February 2022. Currently, Anand is an Integration Lead at CareCentrix, a position they started in March 2022.

Anand Jayabalan completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from the College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai and the College of Engineering, from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, among others.
