Joé Bourgeois-Paquin has extensive experience as a Back-End .NET Developer, currently working at Carebook Technologies Inc. since October 2023 and previously at Petal from July 2021 to October 2023, focusing on the technological evolution of the medical billing platform Xacte and maintaining critical components alongside the billing team. Prior to this, Joé served as a Programmer Analyst ERP at Commsoft Technologies, where responsibilities included full stack web programming and conducting functional analysis for application projects. Joé began the career in education as a Foreign Language Expert at Beijing Language and Culture University, teaching French to Chinese students. Joé holds a Computer Science Technology degree from Cegep du Vieux Montreal and a Bachelor's degree in Education from UQAM, specializing in teaching French as a second language.
