Shadi Edalati, MD, FAAFP, is a seasoned family physician with extensive experience in the field, currently serving at CareATC since May 2018. Prior to this role, Shadi Edalati worked at Foremost Family Health Center and Variety Care, where responsibilities included clinical leadership. Training was completed as a Resident Physician at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical University of Americas and a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from the University of Toronto. Additionally, a certificate in Motivational Interviewing was obtained from UMass Chan Medical School in early 2021.
