Phuong (Jennifer) T. has held various roles in the tech industry since 2017. Phuong (Jennifer) began their career as a Customer Experience Sales Associate at Walmart in 2017. In 2019, they moved on to become a Junior Software Engineer at Tesla Tours, Canada. In 2020, they took on the role of Lab Assistant - Technologies at Camosun College. Phuong (Jennifer) then joined ENKON Information Systems in 2021 as a Junior Developer. Currently, they are a Full Stack Developer at both Care2Talk and LetHub.

Phuong (Jennifer) T. attended Camosun College from 2018 to 2020, studying Information and Computer Systems. Phuong (Jennifer) has obtained several certifications, including MongoDB for SQL Pros from MongoDB in August 2022, Virtual Experience Program Participant from Forage in August 2022, Google IT Support Professional Certificate from Coursera in April 2020, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in January 2019, and Skills Academy Certificate from HighTechU in May 2018.
