Madhuvanti (Madhu) Deshmukh possesses extensive experience in leadership and program strategies within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Program Strategies & Innovation at CARE, Madhu previously held the position of Senior Director for the Health Equity and Rights (HER) team. As Chief Executive Officer of CARE India, Madhu was also the Executive Representative to CARE US. Additional roles include Chief Operating Officer for the Asia Region at the International Center for Research on Women and independent consulting. Madhu's educational background includes executive education from Harvard Business School and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
