Karina Westermann is a seasoned designer with extensive experience in graphic design and brand identity development. Currently serving as a Designer at Care to Beauty since September 2022, Karina previously worked at Itaú Unibanco from September 2016 to April 2019 as a Designer Gráfico Júnior, focusing on various bank identities, card design, naming, and strategic design. Prior roles include Designer Gráfico Junior at Agência F2F Digital, where Karina created social media graphics and email marketing materials, and an internship at the Tribunal Regional Federal da 3ª Região, where Karina developed internal communication materials. Karina's career began at Restaurante Labelle as an attendant and cashier. Educational credentials include a degree in Graphic Design from Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo and further studies at LSD - The Lisbon School of Design.
