Simon Parker has a diverse work experience in the social care industry. Simon is the founder and CEO of Care Leaders Network, where they lead a team in building a thriving community for social care organization leaders. Simon is also the co-founder and non-executive of Let's Create, a company focused on creating innovative solutions. Prior to these roles, they were a founding partner of SP&P, a management consultancy that provided assistance to care homes in improving quality, recruitment, and occupancy. Unfortunately, the business had to be shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
