Marc Chang has a long history of work experience. Marc started their career in 1999 as a Technical Architect at COLT. In 2005, they joined Block Solutions as both Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer. In 2019, they became a Non Executive Director at Socura. In 2020, they added two more roles to their portfolio, becoming a Director at Connect-IP Ltd and a Non Executive Director at CareHires.

Marc Chang attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a BSc in Economics. Marc then returned to LSE from 1998 to 1999 to receive an MSc in Information Systems.
