Jonathan Rose has over 19 years of work experience in the recruitment industry. In 2021, they began working at Care Hires as the National Business Development Manager and Business Development Manager, connecting Care & Support Services with trusted partner Care Agencies across the United Kingdom. From 2020 to 2009, they worked at Florence as a Business Development Manager and at Stone Executive as a Recruiter - Head of Social Care. From 2004 to 2002, they worked at Corepeople Recruitment as a Manager & Senior Consultant (Permanent recruitment) and at Meridian Business Support as a Team Manager - Senior Consultant (Temporary recruitment).

Jonathan Rose attended Maidstone Grammar School from 1990 to 1995. Jonathan then went on to the University of East Anglia, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Marketing between 1996 and 2000.
