Shannon McKay currently serves as Vice President of Sales Operations at Care.com since December 2023. Prior to this role, Shannon spent over 13 years at MetLife, where responsibilities included Director of Market Enablement & Technology, focusing on equipping sales and service teams with the necessary knowledge and tools, as well as enhancing CRM and CMS platforms. Additional positions at MetLife included Director of Sales Enablement, Training and Communications Manager, and Chief of Staff for various product-focused organizations. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Sales Associate at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from 2007 to 2010. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Rowan University.
